This tray is made of White Oak and Curly Maple. The White Oak has been stained brown and finished with catalyzed varnish, the Curly Maple part is for cutting and has a food grade oil and beeswax finish. The tray measures 9.875” wide X 31.5” long (includes handles) and is 1” thick, they tray has rubber feet for grip.
